Sara Joan Benge

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Mon., Mar. 5, 2018 at the HAZELWOOD CHRISTIAN CHURCH, located south of Clayton at 9947 S. and Co. Road 0. Visitation will also take place at the church 3-7 pm Sun., Mar. 4,2018. Burial will follow the service on Mon. in the Clayton Cemetery.

Sara was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel (Standeford) Blunk. She married Coy Benge, Sr. Oct. 24, 1966; he survives. Sara was a homemaker, and children were the love of her life.

Surviving along with her husband of almost 52 years are her children, Kedge (Brandy) Benge - Mooresville, Johnnie Roach - CA., Coy (Lana) Benge, Jr. - Mooresville, Cory (Tami) Benge - Indianapolis, Kevin Benge - Mooresville, Angel Benge and Danielle Benge both of Stilesville, Amanda Benge - Mooresville, 29 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sister, Helen Roach - Indianapolis, and many more that cherished her. Sara was preceded in death by a son, Jamie Roach, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
