Mike Griffith

William M. “Mike” Griffith, age 78, passed away at home on October 28, 2026.

Mike was born in Ulvah, Kentucky, to parents Arnold and Audrey Griffith. The family moved to Indiana when Mike was 14. He was a 1966 graduate of Cascade High School. After graduating high school, he served in the Marine Corps during Vietnam. After departing service, Mike worked for the same company for almost 50 years before retiring in 2015.

Mike is survived by his wife of 55 years, Diane; children, Samuel Griffith and Michelle Moore (Tim); grandson, Trent Moore; and brothers, Robert Griffith and Joseph Griffith.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Audrey Griffith; brother, Gregory Griffith; and sister, Judy Privett.

Mike will be remembered by his family and friends as a perfect husband, loving father, a proud veteran, and dedicated worker who was loved and respected by all who knew him.

Respecting Mike’s wishes, no services will be held.

Diane wants to thank family and special friends who have reached out to her and Mike in his final days. We cannot thank you enough for your support during this difficult time.
