John D. Hynes

A private family service for John will be held at a later date following his request to be cremated.

John was born in Indianapolis to the late John J. and Mary (Bishop) Hynes. He was a graduate of Scecina High School in Indianapolis. John was an office manager at the Major Electric Company in Indianapolis for 30 years prior to his retirement. He was a devout Catholic, and a wonderful fan of the University of Notre Dame.

Survivors include his sisters, Teresa Lenhan of Coatesville (Heritage Lake), Cathy Jeffries of Danville, and Sister Norma Jean Hynes of Oldenburg, IN.
