Jacob Q. Horn

Funeral services for JACOB will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, May 30, 2019 at WEAVER & RANDOLPH FUNERAL HOME CLAYTON with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Clayton Cemetery.

Jacob was born in Indianapolis to Richard "Rick" and Charlene (Jones) Horn. He was a 2010 graduate of Cascade High School. Following high school, Jacob received his realtor and auctioneers licenses, careers he pursued for several years. Currently, he was a cook at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Plainfield. He attended the Hazelwood Christian Church.

Survivors include his parents, Rick and Charlene of Belleville, daughter, Shealynn, and sisters, Sabrina (Chad) Smith of Coatesville, and Tabatha (Kyle) Caraway of Ft. Knox, Kentucky.
