Roxann Gillaspy

Roxann Gillaspy, 52, of Martinsville, passed away unexpectedly on July 19, 2023, at I.U. Bloomington
Hospital. She was born in Danville, Indiana on March 31, 1971, and was the daughter of the late David Lewis and
Joy (Holt) Lewis.

Roxann grew up in Clayton, IN, and graduated from Cascade High School. She worked in customer claims
for Allstate Insurance Co. She loved painting, crafts, nail polish, music, singing, cats, and grandbabies
(nana). She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She enjoyed helping others even if it was the
smallest thing like lending an ear just to talk. She loved to talk. She was absolutely hilarious. She loved to
joke and laugh. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, Nana, and best friend.

Roxann is survived by her two children, Derrick Gillaspy, and Rachelle Gillaspy;
grandchildren, Alli Gillaspy, Dean Gillaspy, Harper Gillaspy, Veronica Alejandro, Cleo Alejandro;
Stepmother, Vickie (Ed) Lewis Gabler. Former husband Andrew Langley.
